To ensure there is no conflicting existing config:
Menu -> Settings -> (Password = 456) -> Admin Settings -> Reset to Defaults -> Reset Local Configuration
Menu -> Settings -> (Password = 456) -> Admin Settings -> Reset to Defaults -> Reset Device Settings
Whilst booting, select "Setup" key:
